Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
Buffalo Chicken Topping
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
Vegetable Toppings
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Set aside to marinate for a few minutes.
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Top with diced celery, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  2. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
