Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Taste the filling and adjust the buffalo sauce if you prefer more heat.
Assemble the Egg Rolls
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Use a bit of water to seal the top corner.
Fry the Egg Rolls
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.
- Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the egg rolls and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve
- Serve the buffalo chicken dip egg rolls warm with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes
These egg rolls can be baked instead of fried. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
