Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and drained
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream Butter and Sugars
  1. In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
Bake the Cookies
  1. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
