- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and flour. Toss gently and let sit.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is browned and crisp.
