Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Add the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake the Biscuits
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
- Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
