Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
BBQ Chicken Topping
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Cheese and Vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, red onion, and bell pepper slices.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
