Ingredients
  

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed of silver skin
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Bake the Pork Tenderloin
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
