Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
Season the Cauliflower
  1. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets.
  2. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake the Cauliflower
  1. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  3. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of baking.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy your baked cauliflower as a side dish or snack!
