Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
  • 1 cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and chopped parsley.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
