Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Whisk your eggs until they are nice and frothy.
Dip the spiralized zucchini into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and back into the flour mixture for a second coating.
Place the coated zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer and give them a light spray of olive oil or cooking spray.
Cook for about 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
