Ingredients
  

For the Bang Bang Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
For the Tacos
  • 8 small corn tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Air Fry the Shrimp
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. In each warmed tortilla, add a layer of shredded cabbage, followed by the crispy shrimp. Drizzle with the bang bang sauce and top with chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes
