  • 68 cups cubed French bread or thawed bread dumplings
  • 1 32-ounce carton chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté diced celery, onion, and optional mushrooms in melted butter over medium heat until softened.
