  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 batch teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together nondairy milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour some Panko into a shallow dish.
