  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar (may reduce to 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, prepare an All-Butter Pie Crust according to your favorite recipe.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in pure pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Add melted butter and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Fold in powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until blended.
  7. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
