- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Zest & juice of one orange
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 225 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1–2 tbsp honey to drizzle
- Prepare the cranberry compote by combining cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, juice, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 6-10 minutes until the cranberries burst and form a thick compote.
- In a food processor, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, chili flakes, and olive oil until smooth.
- Layer the whipped feta in a serving dish and top with cooled cranberry compote. Garnish with chopped pistachios and honey.
