  • 2 cups celery (1/4 inch diced)
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage (chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  4. Chop herbs while veggies cook.
  5. Combine toasted bread, sautéed veggies, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  6. Whisk together broth and eggs; pour over bread mixture gradually while mixing gently until moistened.

  8. Cover with foil; bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. Remove foil and bake an additional 25–35 minutes until golden brown.
