  • 12 cups of heavy cream
  • 35 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries sliced
  • Icing sugar for dusting

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares. Fold each square diagonally into triangles on a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush with egg wash (egg mixed with water) for a golden finish.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. While baking, whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Once pastries cool slightly, slice them open and fill with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
  7. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
