  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thoroughly drain the thawed spinach by squeezing it in a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Mix in minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and ¾ cup mozzarella until well combined.
  6. Fold in drained spinach and chopped artichokes.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish; spread evenly.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  10. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
