  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crust)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until mixed well.
  4. Add eggs, apple cider, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; stir until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. While cooling, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping; brush the warm loaf with melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over it.
