  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 2 Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars (broken into squares)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer at the bottom of the pan.
  3. In an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together. Gradually combine with the butter mixture; fold in chocolate chips and mini vegan marshmallows until just mixed.
  5. Spread dough evenly over the graham cracker layer and top with additional mini vegan marshmallows if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; add chocolate pieces on top while warm.
  7. Cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing into bars.
