  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink (about 3-4 minutes).
