  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, divided
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  3. Lay the triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, overlapping slightly and pressing edges together.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth; spread along the widest part of the dough.
  5. Toss the raspberries with preserves and layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold over the tips of the dough to create a candy cane shape, pinching edges to seal.
  7. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  8. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth; drizzle over cooled Danish.
