  • 2 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
  • 1 pound cubed Velveeta queso

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green chilies.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt Velveeta queso with the undrained diced tomatoes until smooth.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and fill each with ½ to ¾ cup of the chicken mixture; roll tightly.
  4. Place filled tortillas in a casserole dish and pour the queso sauce over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
