  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (188 grams) powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk (plus more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined, then stir in pumpkin puree.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
