  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup confectioners sugar (for glaze)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and position a rack in the center.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and one tablespoon of milk for the egg wash.
  3. Mix light brown sugar and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Brush the pastry with egg wash, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly.
  6. Roll up the pastry tightly into a log and cut into 12 even pieces using dental floss.
  7. Place the rolls spiral-side up in a greased baking dish with space between them.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing confectioners sugar, remaining milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
