  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 tbsp White miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 12 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (sliced thin)
  • 4 Salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket and spread the miso butter evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 9-10 minutes until cooked through. Broil for an additional minute if desired for extra color.
