  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
