  • 2.2 lb lean ground beef (5% fat)
  • 5.2 oz turkey turkey pepperoni, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0.5 oz flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 wraps, any type
  • 7.05 oz low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sauce of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, spray oil and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in chopped turkey pepperoni, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a wrap, fill it with the mixture and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top before rolling it tightly.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite sauce.
