Havarti Cranberry Turkey Sliders are a delightful blend of flavors that make for the perfect appetizer or quick dinner. Combining creamy Havarti cheese, savory turkey, and tangy cranberry sauce, all sandwiched between soft Hawaiian rolls, these sliders are sure to impress at any gathering.

  • 12 count package of Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 8 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the Havarti cheese over the buns, followed by the turkey slices.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce evenly on top of the turkey.
  5. Add the remaining cheese slices and top with the other half of the buns.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix in poppy seeds, sesame seeds, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  7. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes to crisp up the tops.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
