  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can (395 g) condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the melted mixture into a lined pan, spreading it evenly.
  3. In another pan, combine sugar, fresh cream, egg yolks, and butter over low heat. Stir until thickened.
  4. Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts into the mixture.
  5. Spread the coconut-walnut mixture over the fudge base, then pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top to seal everything together.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
