  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 large yellow onions (thinly sliced)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. In a skillet, melt ¼ cup butter over medium heat; sauté diced onions and minced garlic until soft.
