  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • ½ to ¾ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Green onions (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are soft.
  3. Stir in sesame oil, shredded carrots, and coleslaw mix; cook for about 5 minutes.
