  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
  • 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Favorite chips
  • Habanero pepper (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your setup by choosing a large food-safe board or tray.
  2. Fill small bowls with salsas, guacamole, olives, and sour cream.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat; sauté chopped onion until tender.
  4. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with meat and cheese; bake for about 5 minutes until warm.
  6. Assemble your taco board with baked tacos around the edges, filling gaps with chips.
