  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture; stir until sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate halfway through baking.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
