  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can dark red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture to your slow cooker, draining any excess grease if necessary.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chili seasoning, and beans to the slow cooker. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of toppings like cheese or sour cream.
