  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 (0.7 ounce) packet Good Seasons Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 16 ounce box angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown; season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in cream of chicken soup, garlic, broth, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place seared chicken in the crock pot; pour sauce mixture over it. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  4. Prepare angel hair pasta according to package instructions just before serving.
  5. Serve tender chicken over pasta, garnished with parsley or cracked pepper if desired.
