  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt

  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes
  • Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth. Reserve some dressing for the salad.
  2. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up your breading station with flour mixed with smoked paprika, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dredge chicken cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, then press into breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
