  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked chicken, 1½ cups cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spaghetti until well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled chicken.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
