  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large dish, warm the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and fold in vanilla extract, cranberries, and pistachios until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
