  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 6 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Beat together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate.
  5. Spread batter in the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
