  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt half the butter and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, smoked paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to skillet along with cooked linguine. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; toss everything together until well combined. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
