  • 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound cooked chicken tenders
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Split the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer with provolone cheese, cooked chicken tenders, marinara sauce, mozzarella slices, and chopped basil.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, parsley, and grated parmesan; brush over the rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes; uncover for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice through layers and serve warm.
