  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 2 small stalks of celery, finely diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 400g extra lean ground beef
  • 400g chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 120g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • Olive oil spray
