Ingredients

  • Lean beef mince
  • Medium potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spice mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Wash and slice potatoes into chips; toss them with olive oil and half of the spice mix in a mixing bowl.
  3. Bake or air fry the potato chips until golden and crispy.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the beef mince over high heat until browned; add the remaining spice mix.
  5. Mix all ingredients for the burger sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble the bowls by layering crispy potato chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
