  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 1/4 cups cake flour (or all-purpose flour + cornstarch)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla, followed by sour cream.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients alternately with milk until just combined. Fold in dried blueberries.
