  • 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for non-fan forced ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, and thyme on the pastry; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each pastry sheet tightly; cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each length into a round coil shape.
  6. Brush coils with milk and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra thyme leaves sprinkled on top.
