  • 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, diced

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the sliced sausage for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
