  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (14 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef along with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface; cut into circles.
