Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts and spices.
  6. Spoon the batter into muffin cups until two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
