Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Coat each piece of chicken in flour mixture, dip into egg, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place breaded chicken on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  6. While baking, prepare the hot honey sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, butter, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  7. Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken before serving.
